I said I have account with permanent tsb for 7 years no debt, I’m not on minimum wage and plus I have savings and you are telling me that I can only get 2500€. I said If I didn’t call you this could go on for months cause you didn’t give me any feedback on what I should do for application to be finished. I called customer service few days after to be told that they cannot finish credit card application without additional paperwork. I applied for credit card and didn’t get any feedback so I called them, agent put me on call with another, then that agent put me on call with another one, 30 min later agent picked up the phone and hanged up. Hopefully someone will find this helpful and don’t make the same mistake as me That was Friday the 26 of may and still nothing. Start on the 17 of may and they told me I am on a list for a call back and it will be in the next day. Ring the credit number help line they tell me I should do it thru the app I said it don’t work, they tell me there no reported problem with the app ( I think it’s there way of dealing with the problematic app) There is no application pending on the app □ 2 weeks later no credit card and still everytime I ask they need more information from me and I deliver it and they ask about something else on there web site it says it can be done in 15 mins. One time it went thru don’t ask me which time. ![]() Credit card application through the app again works when it wants. opened an account so far so good helped with everything inside the bank (wonderful) app downloaded and setup … App works when it wants. Im only with them because mortage automatically switched from ulster bank. We cant tell you until you answer all these security questions. If one slight piece of info isnt correct they wont talk to you, for example when they aked for my addreess i didnt give area code, they wouldn't tell me what info i was missing yet still wouldnt talk to me even though the rest of my addreess was correct. About 10 security questions before they will take to you, including Mothers Maiden name. Ring bank because card wouldnt work, automated system asks you to put in your open24 #, finally get an agent and whats the1st question they ask. ![]() The below examples will bore you, but im so pissed off with thos bank, its the worst customer care iv ever encountered. Dreadful customer care systems, i actually feel sorry for their staff because id say they have to listen to angry customers everyday. ![]()
